of actually three different sites of similar
appearance.

Locations:
East coast of Hayes Island.
Conditions:
Visibility is fair to good. Strong currents
often run, but there are sheltered areas.
Average
depth: 16m (53ft) Maximum depth: 22m
(75ft)
Strong
currents bring this site to life.

One
of the most beautiful and healthy staghorn
reef we dive in the mergui archipelago.
It's actually a huge fish nursery of
the most common juvenile species, you
can find regulary the long nose filefish
(3cm big, don't bumb into it)as well
as Hawksbill turtles, the jennsy colourfull
pipefish and let's not forget the Barramundi
Grouper. It is in addition an excellent
dive site for a night dive.
The
afternoon can be spend on land excursions
to search for horn bills, monkeys,
butterflys and other flora and fauna.
