Schritt 2 Bitte lesen sie unsere Buchungs Informationen.

Bei Einzel Platz Buchung: Eine Rückerstattbare Anzahlung von 30% ist benötigt um den/die Plätze reserviert zu halten. Die Restzahlung ist zwischen 30 und 60 tage vor abfahrt der Safari fällig.

Bei Voll Boot oder Gruppen Buchungen: Eine Nicht Rückerstattbare Anzahlung von 30% ist benötigt, Restzahlung ist 60 Tage vor Abfahrt.

Falls der zu Zahlende Betrag nicht bei uns eingegangen ist, versuchen wir Sie zu kontaktieren falls dieses nicht möglich sein sollte verkaufen wir die Reservierten Plätze weiter und Ihre Anzahlung geht verloren..

Wir Empfehlen eine Reise Rücktrittsversicherung abzuschliessen im falle das Sie aus Beruflichen oder gesundheitlichen Gründen Stornieren müssen.

Wir können nicht Haftbar gemacht werden für diese Art von Probleme da Safari Plätze oft Monate im voraus Gebucht werden. Falls diese dann Storniert werden ist es sehr schwer nahe am Abfahrts Datum schon gebuchte Plätze wieder zu verkaufen.

Falls wir eine gebuchte Safari aus welchen gründen auch immer Stornieren sollten werden wir unser best möglichstes tun um Ihnen eine Alternative Safari zu bieten oder wir zahlen Ihnen den Betrag schon bezahlt voll zurück.

Schritt 3: Senden Sie uns ein Buchungs Formular...

Nachdem wir Ihre Gewünschte Safari konfirmiert haben senden wir Ihnen unser Buchungs Formular falls benoetigt. Diese Seite beinhaltet spezifische fragen zur Safari, fragt nach Ihrem vollen Namen, Nationalität, Zertifikations stufe, Tauchausrüstungs miete etc. Falls Sie nach Burma Fahren wird Ihre Reise Pass Information benötigt, bitte halten Sie die entsprechenden Dokumente bereit wen Sie on-line gehen. Nachdem wir diese Informationen erhalten haben, senden wir Ihnen eine Buchungs bestätigung bei e-mail mit dem entsrpechenden Reise Betrag und Konten Information. Falls Sie weitere fragen haben bitte senden Sie uns eine, e-mail für die antworten.

Schritt 4: Senden Sie ihre Bezahlung...

We können Ihre zahlung auf zwei wege entgegen nehmen:

1) Telegraphischem Transfer:

We will send you our telegraphic transfer (TT) banking information upon confirmation of your trip and receipt of your booking information.

2) Mit Kredit Karte:

We take credit cards (American Express, Visa and MasterCard only) as below. Due to banking regulations, we cannot take credit card numbers over the phone. This is to protect you from possible credit card fraud. Please download our credit card payment form and fax it back to us.

b) Fax or scanning a form:

If you choose credit card payment our bank requires that you fill out a form click to download here, make a copy of both sides of the credit card you will be using (Visa or MasterCard only), sign the form, and fax or email it to us. The copy of the credit card must be clear so please use the 'fine' or 'half tone' setting on your fax machine. The fax numbers are on the form. Please note that payment by credit card is in US Dollars. The name of the merchant will be Scuba Quest Co. Ltd.

If you can not download the file, please send us your fax number and we will fax one to you. Once received, we will send you confirmation by e-mail, and an adjusted invoice. The payment will show up on your regular credit card statement.

Due to our bank's policies, there are no refunds on credit card payments. Contact us if you have any questions about this.

Finally, sometimes credit card companies do not allow overseas transactions without prior approval by you, their customer. Before you pay us, please call your bank and tell them that you will be making an overseas charge. It's also a good idea to let the bank know that you will be traveling to Thailand, and give them the dates you'll be here. This way you don't have approval code problems during your holiday, and helps the banks to prevent credit card fraud.

Step 5: Extras

1. If you would like to have airport transportation arranged by us, please let us know your flight number, arrival date, and arrival time. We will then have a taxi waiting for you at the airport. The driver will have a sign with your name on it and he will wait just outside the terminal exit.
2. Liveaboard dive trips always include meals, accommodation, divemaster service, most drinks (hardly ever alcohol), transportation to and from your hotel in most areas (but not to or from the airport), tanks, weights, and belts. Personal diving equipment (BCD, Reg., wetsuit, etc.) are never included in the price.
3. Most liveaboards also include towels, soaps, and shampoos, but this is not always the case. Please verify this with us when finalizing the booking.
4. Price does not include personal diving equipment or national park fees. Thai national park fees are 200 baht per person entry, plus 200 baht per day. For example, a four-day trip is 1,000 baht per person. This is payable in Thai baht on the boat and is an additional charge imposed by the Thai Government as of November 15, 2001.
